Tantalizing Teaser #2

Tantalizing Tuesday is all about writing 200 word Tantalizing Teasers, inspired by a personal picture prompt to post on Tuesdays. The emphasis is on having fun, pictures can be anything that takes our fancy. I hope you enjoy what we have to offer.

Owen was both frightened and ashamed of the excitement he was feeling. He was bombarded with a myriad of emotions, reactions and sensations. Guilt and embarrassment were at the forefront but he also experienced a sense of euphoria. The anticipation was almost overwhelming and he felt lightheaded by the rush of it all. He’d never really had any secret fantasies and had always considered himself to be very vanilla in his tastes. Yet he’d never been so turned on in his whole life. This powerful man before him had turned over all the power and placed himself at Owen’s mercy. Owen did not want to dominate, hurt or humiliate him in any way. He wanted to pleasure him knowing that it would give himself pleasure as well. That amount of trust was scary, awe inspiring! No one had ever shown that much faith in him. This wonderful man not only said the words but followed the sentiments up with undeniable actions. Owen had been afraid to put himself on the line, to put his heart out there and yet he’d just been told in no uncertain terms that it would be in safe keeping should he decide to extend it.

Unofficial Six Sentence Sunday

I hope you enjoy my six sentences this Sunday. Because I keep forgetting to sign up every week I thought it was easier to simply create my own logo :-)

I'm playing around with another idea. Hope you ejoy this one!

Gregory tried not to eavesdrop, really he did but as he worked in the front office the neighbors’ voices carried and he heard every word as if he was part of the conversation. Ever since he’d moved in last year, he was privy to half their arguments and knew intimate details of their life. But it would seem that this would be the final one; she’d had enough and was leaving. Gregory heard the big man’s sobs and his heart ached for the child and his father. Brad was one of the nicest men Gregory had ever encountered and he’d been attracted to him at glance and was disappointed to find out he was married. Gregory personally thought they were better off without the selfish bitch and he would do whatever it took to make things easier for them.

Doug was bored. Marcel was working on his newest creation. Doug had been upset and angry the first few times he’d been kept waiting but now he understood it was best to leave Marcel to his muse, wherever and whenever she came to call. Doug got along famously with the models who often kept him company as he waited for his man to come up for air and remember they had plans.

Today he decided to entertain the pretty people much as he would his young art students. Face painting.

“What have you been up to?” echoed across the loft.

We both know this isn’t working, so I had some friends me move out while you were at your thing tonight.

Thanks for the gifts.

Hope you don’t mind I’ve taken them with me.

Dane

Tim glanced around at the empty room, resisting the urge to laugh at himself. He rolled his eyes and headed for the bar. What did it say about their relationship that Tim was more upset with that he would have to call in the decorator in the morning than the fact that his boyfriend had left him?

As he sipped his scotch he thought about his life over the past eight-months and he was rather embarrassed by his behaviour. He’d used Dane for his beautiful youthful body and never really treated him as an equal. He’d indulged the younger man’s whims, buying him cameras and equipment when he’d said he wanted to be a photographer then, a complete computer system when he’d changed his direction to graphic designer. He’d outfitted the office with every art supply and electronic gizmo imaginable but Tim had never really asked to see any of Dane’s work. Tim needed to grow up himself, perhaps this was just what he needed.

Dane was acting like a petulant child.

This night was important, Tim was being honoured by his peers and clients yet Dane decided to throw one of his famous fits because it wasn’t all about him. Tim had suggested Dane wear the Calvin Klein tux rather than the Ralph Lauren and that quickly his lover had striped himself naked and then silently sat in the foyer.

With a beleaguered sigh, he grabbed his overcoat and took one last glance in the mirror to ensure his suit was impeccable, thinking this was what he got for dating a much younger man.

The relationship if you could call it that was definitely over, in fact Tim felt like a fool for little his dick make all the decisions thus far. Tomorrow was time enough for a long overdue serious conversation, but tonight was his night and he wasn’t letting his sullen young lover ruin something he’d worked so hard for.

Dylan and Simon strolled down the beach stopping to examine seaglass, shells and the crabs who braved the colder weather. They built sandcastles and Simon fed the gulls as Dylan rolled up his jeans and let the frigid water ripple over his toes and up his ankles. Their laughter echoed across the shoreline. Enjoying every moment for the past eight days, they had frolicked like children, surrounding themselves in their bliss, feeling as if they were the only two people in the world. Locking everyone else out, getting lost in one another like only two people on their honeymoon could.

I hope you enjoy this snippet from a WIP. I'm enjoying writing this one.

“Wow, so that’s a picture of your piece that I saw. Sorry to hone in but when I saw that picture I felt as if I’d been searching for that piece forever and as corny as it sounds even as Ros here is filling it in I feel as if it has always belonged right over my heart.”

I didn’t know what to say so I chose to remain silent. This beautiful blond who so closely resembled my dream man made me uncomfortable. I really just wanted to hand over the cash to Ros and leave the pristine shop.

Again silence descended and I felt the need to fill it which honestly was completely unusual for me as I could go one or two days without actually speaking to anyone, now that text messaging and emails were so prevalent.

Centerfold

Centerfold -- the J. Geils Band song kept playing in his head. Brian couldn’t believe his eyes. She had been so shy. He was having a hard time equating this assertive woman with his wallflower high school friend. Perhaps looking her up on one of these social networking sites wasn’t such a great idea. He’d always felt guilt and regrets when it came to memories of his sweet Maryanne. He’d known she had romantic feelings for him. Feelings he couldn’t return but he’d never been brave enough to tell her the reason for his rejection was because he was gay.

I hope you enjoy this snippet from my latest WIP. I'm enjoying writing this one as Kranz is fast becoming one of my all-time favourite hereos.

Kranz wondered not for the first time why Karma was such a bitch. What did he ever do to her? He’d been a relatively good person his whole life. He followed all the rules and the one time he’d done anything reckless had been a disaster. He was certainly paying for his careless actions now. Kranz was neck deep in vampire hostilities and politics just because some hot guy showed an interest in his ass.

Brent couldn’t believe his ears. Had Jackson really just suggested they murder his twin and take over the business? If Brent were being honest the plan was a good one, his lover had obviously given the situation a great deal of thought. Brad had been a prick his whole life and needed to be stopped. Afterall, he deserved the family fortune just as much as his obnoxious sibling.

Yep, he’d definitely have some hard work before him, convincing the family he could easily take his brother’s place in the corporate world and continue to let the syndicate run the clan.
