September 30 Flash Fiction Friday

Welcome to this week’s Flash Fiction Friday. We have a picture about which we write a story of 100 words, no more and no less. I am joined by some fabulous writers today who give their take on this picture. To see the other members click this blog link: Flasher Fiction Friday

Jason had never felt so miserable in his entire life. Jessie was beautiful inside and out. He genuinely loved her, more than he could say; had loved her for as long as he could remember. But he wasn’t in love with her – he wasn’t attracted to her. Even if he were the one wearing the blindfold he knew he’d never become aroused enough to actually have sex with her. He wanted to howl because he knew whatever he did right now he was going to hurt Jessie. He reached up, tenderly removed the silk scarf and took a deep breath.

Intriguing. Is he going to tell her he loves her, but not like that? Well done!

Aww. I wanted them together. Guess you can't always get what you want. Just as she is learning there. Nicely done.

He's attracted to her brother, how's that for a messed up situation ;-)
