Flash Fiction Friday

Flash Fiction Friday
Welcome to this week’s Flash Fiction Friday. We have a picture about which we write a story of 100 words, no more and no less. I am joined by some fabulous writers today who give their take on this picture. To see the other members click this blog link: Flasher Fiction Friday

Craig stared at the picture of his parents. It has been taken long ago. They were both so young and obviously in love. He wondered if they remembered the feelings – the rush and excitement of a new relationship. The passion and promise. The belief even one moment apart was a moment too much.

Craig was experiencing this now and he wanted to share with his mom and dad but he was worried their busy lives had gotten in the way of their relationship and they had forgotten the joy of love.

It was time for his parents to meet Ben.

Love this FFF. It's ne'er that he's gay.

Excellent FFF post. I hadn't thought of it being a picture someone was looking at. Good one and I love the end.

Oh, the anguish. Ben deserves to be introduced to Craig's parents. You don't hide people you care about. *steps off soapbox*

Fantabulous job!!

Perhaps his parents will remember what it's like to be young and in love. In any case, I'm rooting for Craig & Ben( my namesake ). Very, good.
