Flash Fiction Friday February 3

Flash Fiction Friday

Welcome to this week’s Flash Fiction Friday.

We have a picture about which we write a story of 100 words, no more and no less. I am joined by some fabulous writers today who give their take on this picture. To see the other members click this blog link: Flasher Fiction Friday

He couldn’t believe how many misconceptions he had about vampires. Obviously sunlight could not kill them. He didn’t want to open his eyes and see the pity shinning in Derric’s brown eyes. He couldn’t ask for a more supportive friend during this awkward time and if things ever made sense again perhaps they could be more than friends. The leather jacket, huge motorcycle and tough-guy exterior were a masquerade for the sensitive man beneath. So it looked like he was in this for the long haul. – time to pull up his boxers, adjust his junk and embrace his undead existence.

Indeed. If vamps can play in the sunlight, then the outlook is good.

This was fun. I loved the "pull up his boxers, adjust his junk...etc". It is definitely time for the Big Boy pants.

Great take on the story.
